Requirements
• Relevant Bachelors degree required — 5 years of experience in lieu of degree considered
• 1-3 years of relevant experience required
• Security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Skills and Experience
• One (1) year of demonstrated experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting TBMCS Maintenance Releases (MR), Service Packs (SP), Security Service Packs (SSP), and Vendor Updates (VUP) in an operational environment.
• Five (5) years of demonstrated experience providing distance and on-site TBMCS trouble-shooting, training, exercise and installation support to Navy, Air Force, and Coalition Forces in an operational environment.
• Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in supporting the Navy and Air Force in a Coalition Operational environment.
• One (1) year of demonstrated experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting JADOCS in an operational NAOC2 environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Sustainment Support
Provide distance and onsite support including system administration and operational sustainment support as a NAOC2 Family of Systems SME to the fleet. Respond to trouble tickets and coordinate activities with the assigned SSC Pacific NAOC2 training support manager. Utilize the Remedy Trouble Ticket System to document all support provided. This will include maintaining a support log detailing communications with the requestors and resolutions/help provided. Provide TBMCS support services from the San Diego-based labs located at SSC Pacific, building 600, in Point Loma.
Post Installation Training
Conduct Post Installation Training (PIT) at commands that receive TBMCS software builds. This support will include on-site initial training support consisting of Executive Overview briefings (in-brief/out-brief), five days of User training, and five days of System Administration training. When necessary, training will be conducted while underway.
Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination Systems (JADOCS)
Conduct Post Installation Training (PIT) at commands that receive JADOCS software builds. This support will include on-site initial training support consisting of Executive Overview briefings (inbrief/ out-brief), five days of User training, and five days of System Administration training. When necessary, training will be conducted while underway.
