Training
PVM personnel believe that comprehensive tactical operations, systems administrator and maintenance training for our Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines is an absolutely essential element in Mission success when fielding militarized Command and Control systems. PVM Engineering and system administrator personnel have over 25 years of Curriculum development and Instructor Training experience and provide quality Curriculum development and Instructor Based Training services to military and other DoD personnel throughout the United States and overseas, in port or at sea, covering the spectrum of almost every Militarized Command and Control (C2) system used by Military forces.
PVM personnel are seasoned classroom/lab instructors and have logged more than 1000 hours of classroom, onsite and at sea training in 2015 alone. All instructors have received advanced Army, Naval or Marine Corps training in formal classroom training, are certified in instructional methods, communications skills, lesson planning and curriculum development utilizing applicable Military Education and Training standards, including technical writing.
PVM personnel have led the effort to develop curriculum and train military personnel in the latest C2 systems over the last 10+ years, and are regularly consulted on new training methodologies, materials and strategies to improve and economize the training process. Notably, PVM personnel, in concert with SPAWAR Systems Center, Pacific, are currently developing curriculum and teaching tactical operation and system administration courses for the Global Command and Control System – Maritime (GCCS-M), all variants, as well as the Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) to all military classroom instructors, as well as deployed Officer and enlisted personnel on the East and West coasts.
In addition to Command and Control System Training Services, PVM provides a variety of Palantir Training Services. We are passionate about educating the agencies and analyst we support about the Palantir platform.
