Throughout the course of the project our Program Manager and project team hold regular weekly internal meetings to track and manage project requirements, performance, schedule, cost, quality, risk, change control, procurements, personnel, and performance reporting. In addition, our project team uses online real-time task and knowledge collaboration tools to allow for continuous task, risk, and issue updating and tracking.
